I've been thinking of writing this blog for months. Having spent many hours trawling the internet as part of my business research it became clear that there were very few sites for women like me.
I don't think I'm really that unusual but maybe I am! I'm a mother, a wife, a daughter and a business owner. I also like to be creative, keep fit and look after my health. I'm sure there's many more attributes and likes I could list but the point is this - I'm not that bothered what distant celebrities might be doing, I don't revamp my make-up bag with every change of season and I don't pay several hundred dollars for a summer new t-shirt.
I'm over 40 and enjoying the richness (not riches!) of my life. So this blog is for anyone who feels like I do and I hope my posts will help inform and amuse, and make life just that little bit sweeter!
